Maris Staris is an advertising and brand management professional with more than 20 solid years of work experience in the marketing field. He has an academic education in design and several hundred completed projects under his belt.
Maris deliberately and wholeheartedly chose to work in the marketing and brand management sector, as he enjoys the challenge of working creatively, continuing to be a leading expert in the development of brands for products and services, and mastering and developing his strategic thinking and management skills.
He has the required knowledge and skills to develop brand concepts, corporate identity and image campaigns at the professional level, and can manage projects, build project teams, and maintain and build long-term relationships with customers.
He adheres to his mission to be a “bridge” between business and creative industry professionals, while jointly working to attain each client’s business goals and fostering continuous improvement in the quality of the creative industry sector.
Maris brands himself as a perfectionist who is invariably able to achieve results that exceed expectations, on time and on budget.
As for his business model, he takes on some projects individually, but mostly he works in a team as a creative team leader with permanent and well-tested partners – designers, photographers, stylists, illustrators, copywriters, video, web and animation specialists and other experts. He works strictly only with experienced and highly professional creative and technical specialists, while taking full responsibility overall.
Besides all this, Maris also participates in other agency projects as a team member and provides services as a creative director. In addition, he spends time consulting clients about branding.
