The unique luxury boutique hotel Villa Balgatura is located in Crimea in a natural mountain amphitheatre with a stunning view of the Black Sea from an altitude of 110 metres. Set in the resort town of Hurzuf (Gurzuf), part of the incredible coastal landscape of Yalta, the views from the rooms and suites include a sea view, a view of the mountains, of Old Hurzuf or of the villa’s surrounding vineyards. Allowing guests to feel the natural power of this ‘grape hotel’, the villa offers all the pleasures of a vine therapy spa by CAUDALIE (Paris).

The Staris team developed a brand identity for the hotel and spa. It’s all about grapes because of the multitude of ways the villa uses its vineyards. Historically this was a ‘vine therapy sanatorium’ and today the hotel has as a tenant the world-famous Caudalie, which manages the vine therapies and beauty products in the spa. The brand is a combination of ancient and modern and carries references to the former vine therapy sanatorium. The logotype design concept is based on the grape as a symbol of pure and natural power, while the brand tagline is: A remarkable page in your travel diary.
